What is the next step?

Please check the "Purchase Code" tab in the My Account menu. You will find a new code, which is your PIN number (for first-time clients) or Recharge code (for existing clients).


First-time Clients:

  1. Dial the access number in your region.

  2. Choose your language.

  3. At the prompt, enter the PIN that you received.

    Note: Within the next few hours, we will add all the phone numbers you entered on the registration form to our system. This way, the RitaCall system won't ask for your PIN anymore when you dial from your registered phone numbers (PIN-less feature).

  4. Dial your destination number:

    • For Canada and the United States: Dial 1 + Phone Number

      Example: 1-416-123-4567

    • For international calls: Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number

      Example: 011-98-21-22809876


Existing Clients:

  1. Dial the access number in your region.
  2. Choose your language.
  3. At the prompt, dial 99#.
  4. Enter the Recharge code that you received. Credit will be added to your account after this step.
